Regardless of the shipping method you select, the shipment of the desired product might have a delay in shipment. Expedited shipments such as Next Day Air or 2 Day Delivery might delay due to the availability of the product. Once the product arrives to our facilities, we will ship with your desired shipping method. 

With a catalog of over 8 million products, product and availability can change at any given moment. Product that is displayed as available or available for special order does not constitute that the item is available at the given time.  While we will make every attempt to fulfill your order, we hold the right to cancel your order at anytime based on circumstances beyond our control such as incorrect pricing and or availability.

General Returns Policy

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained online at our website. RMAs are valid for 15 days.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved returns will be shipped back to customers at their expense.

Items incorrectly shipped to Parts-HQ will be returned to customers at their expense.


Warranty and Return Period

All products regardless of it's condition have a 30 day return and warranty period, unless an extended warranty is purchased. 

Damaged Parts

Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, or contains merchandise that is damaged, you must first notify the shipper and then notify Parts-HQ within five business days of receipt via our website: here. The incident will be documented, and the carrier may decide to return the delivery to Parts-HQ. Without the incident documentation, subsequent damage claims may be difficult or impossible to prove later.


Wrong Parts
Customers must notify Parts-HQ within five business days of receipt of any part that is shipped in error or short shipped by completing a return request. You can find the return requests by looking up your order here. We will issue an RMA and provide you with a free return shipping label for the incorrect item. We issue credit for the defective part once it is received into our facility.

International Returns
Parts-HQ does not pay the shipping costs for any parts returned to us from outside the U.S. for any reason. Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties and customs fees for any replacement parts, as well. We apologize for any inconvenience and generally encourage international customers to seek more cost-effective parts elsewhere.

Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive when expected, please first check the carrier tracking to confirm the package was not left at your address. Unless you required the carrier to obtain a signature upon delivery, Parts-HQ is not responsible for packages once the carrier verifies delivery. Once the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will issue credit.



When we request personal information from you (such as, name, address, phone number) it is done on our secure servers. We use industry standard technology to protect confidential information - SSL (Secured Socket Layer) - an advanced encryption technology that makes personal information unreadable as it travels over the internet. Credit cards never touch out servers, they instead go directly to our merchant provider.

When you place an order, we ask you to provide information to complete and fill the order by filling out and submitting an on-line form. This information includes your name, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card information. All information regarding our on-line customers is stored on a highly secured server that is not accessible through the Internet

Parts-HQ LLC does not sell our customer lists or customer information to third parties.

Parts-HQ LLC is committed to the preservation of online privacy for all of its web site visitors, including children. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Encompass.com sells products intended for purchase by adults. If you make a purchase on Parts-HQ.com, you are representing that you are an adult. If you are a child under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using Parts-HQ.com.

In an effort to provide you with superior customer service throughout your transaction, we may require your phone number when registering or completing your sale. Having your phone number will allow us to contact you in case we need to speak to you about your order to correct or complete inaccurate information.
